Applications:

The embossed sheets are mainly for file bag making and smooth sheets for others stationery and packaging use.

Feature:

1. With specialized screw design and crystal point eliminate devices to insure sufficient curing and stable extrusion.

2. Applicable original materials: PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVA, EAA, PA, EVOH, etc.

3. Imported PLC for control.

4. With vacuum absorption hood, unique air back flow and electronic edge fixing device to insure the high speed melt material will touch well the rollers.

5. Whole line control applied PLC with a human-computer interface and touch screen to easy operation.

6. Top inline slitting design to get final product directly.

7. Constant winding tension is with a floating design to insure even and tidy film winding.

8. Main motor is employed imported V. F drive system to insure stable output.

9. Sheet's unilateral stretch device: Inline configuration. Applicable to process of polyolefine, nylon and other single layer or multiple-layer stretchable thermal plastic film.

10. All electric are of Japanese or Germany well know brands to insure top product quality and high speed.

11. It may produce CPP, CPE, pearlite film, high obstruction film, stretch film and other protection film.
