1. V. F drive for speed regulation. Tandem screw with independent heating zones. Water cooling controlled by solenoid.
2. Circulation water cooling. Gearbox: Circulation water cooling, multiple- spot mechanical active lubing.
3. Hydraulic screen exchange system to save time and reduce wastage. About 30% saved.
4. Die pressure control employed digital display and a septum pressure gage.
5. Winding station: Over turn turret. With meter counter for length pre-setting.
6. High foaming times. OMRON temperature control.
