Features:
1. We have been making and using this machine since 1980's with Hong Kong Chap Shing Asia Enterprise Limited and up till now it is quite possibly the most stable one in China. And so both the craftwork and workers are very mature.
2. V. F. Drive for speed regulation. Easy and reliable and power saving.
3. Gear transmission replaced gears. Thick cast iron as side wall to insure precise printing.
4. It with automatic tension controllers and ceramic anilox, you may get half tone printing and you may get half tone printing. It may also print well on tissue and kraft paper.
5. It may print on both sides of web plastic film, paper, cellophane, aluminum and others. If 6 colors: 6+0, 5+1, 4+2, 3+3.
6. Automatic stop at film break and with automatic meter counter.
7. Standard global design and so easy to dismantle to container shipment.
8. It can be used as a common coating machine.
9. Optional items: Ceremaic printing cylinder, EPC, automatic tension controller, central manual luber, super sized printing length, super big unwinding and rewinding web system and double-unwinder/double rewinder.
10.1 to 10 colors available. Width 25'' - 60''. Many models.
11. Often used to print inline with a film blowing machine.
